Our client was a realtor with an out of town investment property that had been sitting on the market for about 6 months.

The seller was becoming impatient and they needed to give it an extra push to sell the property.

  • our campaign was set up to target an audience who was interested in real estate and investing
  • we targeted a local audience as well as potential investors in the nearest large city (45 minutes away)
  • our follow up included retargeting people who had shown an initial interest in the property, a follow up email series, as well as a phone call from the realtor to disclose more details about the property

Result

  • within 2 weeks we generated 32 interested buyers (leads)
  • and just 6 weeks after running our campaign this investment property was sold
