- our campaign was set up to target an audience who was interested in real estate and investing
- we targeted a local audience as well as potential investors in the nearest large city (45 minutes away)
- our follow up included retargeting people who had shown an initial interest in the property, a follow up email series, as well as a phone call from the realtor to disclose more details about the property
Result
- within 2 weeks we generated 32 interested buyers (leads)
- and just 6 weeks after running our campaign this investment property was sold
