A Barre, Yoga, and Pilates studio located downtown Vancouver.

We started working with the new owners in May, just before the studios slowest time of year.

Membership was already down and they desperately needed to improve their numbers to make it through.

Strategy

  • to run a promotion that would fill up their classes and give them the opportunity to convert new visitors into members
  • to identify their ideal audience on Facebook and Instagram
  • to use their current customer list to build a custom audience and social proof for the campaign

  • new members typically stayed with them for 4-5 months, at $130/month
  • we grew their local awareness with a total reach of 11,844 and 23,692 impressions
