He had the opportunity to be involved in the Park West development presale and needed new leads to work with.

Strategy

  • to position Amin as the industry expert and “go to” realtor in the area
  • to use his access to the presales as a hook to spark interest
  • to leverage the sales of other units to create scarcity
  • to exclude other realtors from our targeting

Execution

  • we used different lifestyle based content (top restaurants, dog parks, nearby schools, market updates) to build trust and credibility
  • we targeted people who had recently shown an interest in buying or selling real estate
  • we retargeted Amin’s engaged audience to maintain an omnipresence throughout the buyers journey

Result

  • over 6 weeks we brought in 84 new leads for the Park West presale
  • he had an above average lead booking rate of close to 10%
  • we grew his local awareness with a reach of 18,896 and 39.442 total impressions
