He had the opportunity to be involved in the Park West development presale and needed new leads to work with.
Strategy
- to position Amin as the industry expert and “go to” realtor in the area
- to use his access to the presales as a hook to spark interest
- to leverage the sales of other units to create scarcity
- to exclude other realtors from our targeting
Execution
- we used different lifestyle based content (top restaurants, dog parks, nearby schools, market updates) to build trust and credibility
- we targeted people who had recently shown an interest in buying or selling real estate
- we retargeted Amin’s engaged audience to maintain an omnipresence throughout the buyers journey
Result
- over 6 weeks we brought in 84 new leads for the Park West presale
- he had an above average lead booking rate of close to 10%
- we grew his local awareness with a reach of 18,896 and 39.442 total impressions
